Q: I don’t know what size of unit I need can you help me?
A: Just call or stop by “42 East Storage” the manager on duty will be more than happy to help determine what size unit you need or you can refer to our storage unit size guide.
Q: How long of a lease am I required to sign?
A: Our units are rented on a month-to-month basis that allows customers flexibility to rent for whatever time period is needed. Customers with long-term needs may prepay on a yearly basis (12 months) long term rental discounts are available.
Q: What payment options do you offer?
A: We accept credit / debit cards, checks, money orders, and cash
Q: Can I change to a different size unit after I’ve already moved in?
A: If the unit size you want or need is available at our facility, then yes you can move into another size unit. The manager on duty will be able to assist you in that transition.
Q: Are there pest control measures in place?
A: Yes a monthly preventative pest control is applied to the outside of our units as well as bait boxes placed throughout our facility.
